How long before I notice a difference?
Ayurvedic herbs work gradually. Our formulas are meant to be taken every day, and most people give them at least two to three months. Take them consistently and notice how you feel over the weeks.
Can I take more than one supplement together?
Yes. Many people pair them, for example Ashwagandha in the morning and Haritaki at bedtime. Our supplement finder builds a simple daily routine for you. If you take prescription medicine, check with your doctor first.
I take medicine for diabetes, blood pressure or my heart. Is this safe for me?
Herbs can work alongside medicines, and some can change how a medicine acts. Please speak to your doctor before starting Diaboex or Cardiex, and keep up your regular check-ups.

How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders ship from Ghaziabad within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–7 days across India. You’ll get tracking details by SMS and email.
